OraLock™ is a one-of-a-kind creping doctoring system that deserves a unique place in Yankee creping history!

What makes OraLock™ a disruptive creping doctor blade holder are with no doubt its independent elements, which allow for an easier and quicker self-profiling procedure on the Yankee crown.

Thanks to the long-standing business relation with Sofidel,  the pilot installation of OraLock™ was fitted on the PM2 of their earlier ‘Delicarta’ plant, a crescent former producing premium toilet paper.

More than one year after the installation, OraLock™ has proven to live up to expectations, confirming the great potential of this new rigid doctoring system, capable of offering a series of measurable advantages to optimize the production process.
