OraSlim
The right answer to critical conditions
OraSlim is the flexible blade holder ideal in the cutoff and cleaning position. Structured like the original OraCrepe™, it can be quite strong in the cutoff position, or gentler in cleaning. OraSlim employs blades from 65 mm to 90 mm. It can also house creping blades at the end of their service life.
OraSlim, if supplied with the VACU-SAFE control panel, is equipped with a blade presence detector – that prevents the operation of the doctor if the blade is not completely inserted – and air leak sensors. With the FLAP option, the cutoff doctor acts as a deflector for the hot air coming from the hood: in this way, any interference generated in the web path is eliminated. In addition, the doctor back can be equipped with a sheet wing stabilizer to improve the control of the paper sheet.
