OraDuster

OraDuster, Oradoc’s innovative dust removal system is perfect for high quality products that require avoiding contamination, in dry areas where limiting dust is imperative.

Composed of a suction box fixed onto the body of the crossbeam and a suction nozzle installed directly on the blade holder (without affecting its flexibility in any way), this system allows you to concentrate the suction where most needed, thanks to the adjustable and orientable nozzle.

It can be installed on both flexible and rigid blade holders.

Suitable for all paper kinds, on all format types, OraDuster is usually supplied with oscillating system.

Having to operate in areas subject to high temperatures, the system can be set up with flexible pipes specifically for high temperatures, but also of other types, suitable for any kind of installation.

The new design guarantees easier inspection and less maintenance, which – when necessary – can be done more simply, without having to dismantle the box.

OraDuster, after a technical feasibility assessment, can also be installed on already existing doctoring systems.
